During 2021 India’s economic recovery post second wave of COVID-19 kept pace with India’s ambitious vaccination program. The country is well on way to introducing new labour laws as the Govt intensifies its the drive to bring about reforms in the service sector. This poses additional challenges to services businesses especially; as Industries adopt new technologies.

I am glad to observe that CISS Skill Academy has been well coping with these changes. They have innovatively introduced an e-learning course for Security Guards. CISS Academy entered into an MoU with Rashtriya Raksha University to certify Security Guards of the Private Security Industry.

Both these are unique initiatives will find much traction with all Security Service providers. I am confident that all CISS front line security staff get University certification and move up the value chain.

I firmly believe that navigating through 2022 would require security agencies to continuously upskill, as clients implement new labour and social laws which await promulgation and simultaneously deepen absorption of digital technology.
