Writer of bestselling book on Industrial Security - “Industrial Security: Management & Strategies”. Made presentations in more than 18 international seminars on the subjects of homeland security and industrial security.

Mr. Narendra Singh Sirola is a Freelance Faculity and Former Head of the Centre for Corporate and Private Security Studies and Former Head of Centre for Border Management and Intelligence Studies, Rashtriya Raksha University.

He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Labour Laws, Labour Welfare & Personnel Management and Post Graduate Degree in Public Administration from Rajasthan University, Jaipur. He has more than 38 years of diversified experience in the domain of Personnel & Administration, Labour Welfare, Intelligence, Vigilance, Corporate Security, Port and Marine Security, K9 Management, Safety, Fire, Disaster Management, ISO Audits, etc.

He has worked with various organizations including the Intelligence Bureau (MHA, Govt of India), Public Undertakings and Corporate sectors viz; National Engineering Ltd (Birla Group), UP State Spinning Mill (Public Undertaking), Gujarat Industries Power Co. Ltd (Public Undertaking), Essar Group, Adani Group, Peo-Pal Solutions, Tagros Chemicals. He was General Manager – Security Services with Adani Group.

He was the course coordinator and Faculty for Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Safety and Security in RRU. He has organized number of training programmes for the professionals of security, safety, fire and disaster management as an Expert Faculty with RRU and also conducted sessions on Corporate and Industrial Security for under graduate and post graduate students of RRU.

He was a Jury Member for “BM Security World” for selection of “Outstanding Security Performance Awards 2023 India” and also for “Outstanding Security Performance Awards’ (OSPAs) India and South Asia 2024.

He is Honorary Member of CAPSI and was also in the Panel initiated by Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) and CAPSI for standardization of Private Security Agencies - Requirements for training and service delivery. He is a qualified Lead Auditor for ISOs 9001/14001/45001 and Qualified Port Facility Security Officer (PFSO). He is also Member of Southern Gujarat Chamber of Commerce & Industry (SGCCI) Industrial Safety and Security Committee.
